Refund policy

At Gizzls, we strive to provide the highest quality natural dog treats and supplements. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, due to the nature of our products.

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged products). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
