Shipping Policy
We deliver to all major cities and regional areas across South Africa.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
- Delivery Time: Delivery generally takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. Outlying or remote areas may incur additional charges.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over R1500 (subject to change during promotions).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier will contact you to reschedule. After three failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
